赵庄矿2309作业面沿空巷道超前支护系统的应用研究

摘要 随着井下自动化综采技术的迅速发展,煤炭综采效率得到了快速提升,因此对井下综采作业的安全性提出了更高的要求。针对现有的以单体液压支柱和超前液压支架为核心的被动支护所存在的支护效率低、巷道围岩变形量大的不足,提出了一种主动式超前支护技术。基于围岩发育规律和井下巷道地质条件确认了主动超前支护参数,基于回采期间的矿压及围岩变形监测确认了该主动超前支护的可靠性。实际应用表明,该主动式超前支护技术能够显著提升巷道围岩的稳定性,将巷道顶板最大移近量降低27.3%,将两帮移近量降低18.3%,对提高井下作业安全、降低人工劳动强度具有十分重要的意义。 With the rapid development of automated fully mechanized mining,the efficiency of the fully mechanized mining has been rapidly improved,thus higher requirements are put forward for safety.In response to the shortcomings of the existing passive support based on single hydraulic pillars and advanced hydraulic support,such as low support efficiency and large deformation of the surrounding rock,this study proposes active advanced support.The parameters of the active advanced support are confirmed based on the development law of the surrounding rock and the geological conditions of the underground roadway;the reliability of the active advanced support is also confirmed based on the monitoring of mine pressure and surrounding rock deformation during mining.The application shows that the active advanced support can significantly improve the stability of the surrounding rock,reduce the maximum roof convergence by 27.3%,and reduce the two-side convergence by 18.3%.Therefore,this study is of great importance in improving safety and reducing manual labor intensity.
