Under the target of peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality,coal enterprises are trying to achieve transformation and high-quality development.Refined coal quality management is an important initiative for enterprises to improve quality and efficiency.The article introduces Hulusu Coal Preparation Plant of ZTHC Energy,analyzes the coal quality and process characteristics,and puts forward some refinement management measures,including mine source control,whole-process coal quality control,standard work on standard posts,dashboard management,technical transformation,and equipment upgrading,which have achieved good coal quality control.The study can provide an effective reference for the coal quality management of similar coal preparation plants.
