“院地结对”模式推进农业科技成果转化的实践与思考——以江苏省镇江市白兔镇为例

Practice and Thinking on Promoting the Transformation of Agricultural Science and Technology Achievements through the Mode of"Cooperation between Scientific Research Institutes and Local Governments",Taking Baitu Town in Zhenjiang,Jiangsu Province as an Example

产业是乡村振兴的基础,科技是产业兴旺的内核,加快农业科技成果转化可为推进农业农村现代化提供强劲动力。文章以江苏省镇江市白兔镇为例,总结了通过“院地结对”探索出的产业研究院转化模式、亚夫科技服务转化模式、“党建+科技”转化模式、“平台+项目”转化模式等科技兴农经验,分析了新形势下农业科技成果转化面临的一系列新挑战,从注重农业主体培育、拓宽转化渠道、搭建转移平台、加强队伍建设、增强源头创新等方面提出了进一步加快农业科技成果转化的对策建议。

Industry is the foundation of rural vitalization,and science and technology is the core of industrial prosperity.Accelerating the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements can provide a strong impetus for promoting agricultural and rural modernization.Taking Baitu Town,Zhenjiang City,Jiangsu Province as an example,this paper summarizes the experience of promoting agriculture through science and technology,such as the transformation model of industrial research institutes,the transformation mode of Yafu science and technology service,the transformation mode of"party building+science and technology",and the transformation mode of"platform+project",and analyzes a series of new challenges facing the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements under the new situation.Suggestions for further accelerating the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements were proposed from the perspectives of emphasizing the cultivation of agricultural entities,expanding transformation channels,building transfer platforms,strengthening team building,and enhancing source innovation.
