农业科研单位基层党建促新进科研人员融入创新团队路径初探——以江苏省农业科学院为例

A Preliminary Exploration on the Path of Promoting the Integration of New Researchers into Innovation Teams through Grassroots Party Building in Agricultural Research Institutes,Taking Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an Example

农业科研单位创新团队作为新的组织形式,是农业科技创新高质量发展的有效保证,而新进科研人员作为创新团队重要成员,更是发挥着农业科技创新主力军的作用。文章以江苏省农业科学院为例,介绍了创新团队建设基本情况,阐述了基层党建工作助推新进科研人员融入创新团队建设的必要性,分析了新进人员融入团队的现状及困境,并从加强党的领导与团队建设融合、加强制度体系建设等方面探索了党建助推新进科研人员融入创新团队的路径,以期提升党建工作科学化水平,助推科研创新团队建设和发展。

As a new organizational form,the innovation team of agricultural research institutes is an effective guarantee for the high-quality development of agricultural science and technology innovation,and new scientific researchers,as important members of the innovation team,play the role of the main force of agricultural science and technology innovation.Taking Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,the article introduces the basic situation of innovation team construction,explains the necessity of grass-roots party building work to promote the integration of new researchers into the innovation team construction,analyses the current situation and dilemma of the integration of new researchers into the team,and explores the ways of party building to promote the integration of new researchers into the innovation team in terms of strengthening the integration of party leadership and team construction and strengthening the construction of the institutional system,to enhance the scientific level of party building work and promote the construction and development of the innovation team.
