基于Nvivo的创新老年服务与管理专业人才能力体系研究

当今社会的一些院校为构建创新老年服务与管理专业人才能力体系及为老年服务与管理专业人才的培养、评价、考核提供参考,提高我国老年服务与管理专业教育质量,以满足老年人多元化的养老服务需求。借鉴扎根理论方法运用Nvivo 12软件对各院校老年服务与管理专业人才能力培养相关信息(主要包括培养目标、培养内容)进行(包括培养目标、培养内容等)的三级编码,建立由老年健康服务相关能力、老年事务管理能力、其他能力的3个一级指标,老年人健康管理能力、老年人生活照护能力、老年社会工作能力、老年事业经营与管理能力、综合素质、学习能力的6个二级指标和20个三级指标。整理并分析专业能力要求。优化当代老年服务与管理专业的人才能力体系,并提出相关建议。

The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the establishment of innovative talents system of the elderly service and management,the training,evaluation,and assessment of talents for the elderly service and management,and improve the quality of professional education for the elderly service and management in our country,so as to meet the diversified needs of the elderly service.Based on the grounded theory method,Nvivo 12 software is used to carry out three-level coding of relevant information(including cultivation objectives and contents)of the talents of senior service and management in various colleges and universities,and establish three first-level indicators including the ability of senior health service,the ability of senior affairs management and other abilities.There are 6 second-level indicators and 20 third-level indicators of the elderly's health management ability,the elderly's life care ability,the elderly's social work ability,the elderly's business operation and management ability,the comprehensive quality,and the learning ability.Collate and analyze professional competency requirements.Optimize the talent ability system of the contemporary elderly service and management specialty,and put forward relevant suggestions.
