脑卒中动物实验方法的进展及脑卒中与炎症的关系 被引量:1

摘要 本研究介绍常用的能够准确模拟人类脑卒中变化过程的几种实验动物。简述全脑缺血模型、局灶性脑缺血模型和4种常用的出血性脑卒中模型。分析缺血性脑卒中和出血性脑卒中相关炎症反应过程并回顾几种参与变化的细胞因子,得出脑卒中实验动物的选择应具有大量同源基因、容易获得、生长周期快、节约成本等特点。指出良好的实验模型应准确反映疾病的发生与发展过程,具有一定的可靠性。实验模型的建立应尽量使得实验变量单一,减少不确定因素的产生,便于实验结果的得出。缺血性脑卒中和出血性脑卒中均能引起炎症反应,提出应重视炎症因子在损伤进程中的作用。 Several commonly used laboratory animals that can accurately simulate the process of human stroke change are introduced.The whole cerebral ischemia model,the focal cerebral ischemia model and four commonly used hemorrhagic stroke models were briefly described.The inflammatory processes associated with ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke were analyzed and several cytokines involved in the changes were reviewed.It is concluded that the selection of stroke experimental animals should have the characteristics of a large number of homologous genes,easy access,fast growth cycle,and cost saving.It is pointed out that a good experimental model should accurately reflect the occurrence and development process of diseases and have certain reliability.The establishment of the experimental model should try to make the experimental variables single,reduce the generation of uncertainties,and facilitate the conclusion of experimental results.Analysis suggests that both ischaemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke cause an inflammatory response.Both ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke can cause inflammatory reaction.It is suggested that we should pay attention to the role of inflammatory factors in the process of injury.
