当代中医妇科流派学术特点及代表名医学术思想的研究

Academic characteristics of contemporary gynecological schools of Chinese medicine and academic thoughts of representative famous practitioners

当代中医妇科流派十余支,传承千年,名医荟萃,在经、带、胎、产、杂等妇科病症诊疗中各具特色,善用道地药材、注重调理气血、药用轻省醇正,著书立说,提出“中医周期调治法”“治崩三法”“经间期学说”等,名医名方辈出,创制“滋肾育胎丸”“百灵育阴汤”“百灵调肝汤”等,收录于国家规划教材,促进了中医妇科理论体系的完善、学术思想的传承和中医人才的培养。通过整理、分析中医妇科流派学术共性特点与个性专长、当代妇科流派代表名医学术思想与用药特色,以期揭示当代中医妇科学的发展规律,探讨传承发扬妇科名家学术技艺的方法途径,共同提升中医药防治妇科疾病的诊疗水平。

More than ten contemporary gynecological schools of Chinese medicine have passed down for thousands of years.A large number of famous practitioners have appeared,with their own characteristics in the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases such as menstruation,leucorrhea,pregnacy,childbirth,and miscellaneous diseases.They make good use of genuine drugs,pay attention to regulating qi and blood,and save drugs for medicinal purposes.In addition,they write books and set up theories including"TCM period therapy""three methods for treating metrorrhagia and metrostaxis",and"intermenstrual period theory".Famous formulas are coming forward in multitudes.The self-draftted Zishen Yutai Pill,Bailing Yuyin Decoction,and Bailing Tiaogan Decoction have been included in the national planning textbooks,which has promoted the improvement of TCM gynecological theoretical system,the inheritance of academic thoughts,and the cultivation of Chinese medicine talent.Here,we sort out and analyze the common academic characteristics and individual expertise of gynecological schools of Chinese medicine,the famous academic thoughts and medication characteristics of the representative famous practitioners from contemporary gynecological schools.We aim to reveal the development law of contemporary gynecology of Chinese medicine,discuss the methods and ways to inherit and carry forward the academic skills of gynecological masters,and jointly improve the diagnosis and treatment level of Chinese medicine in preventing and treating gynecological diseases.
