摘要
针对传统医疗垃圾车运载效率低的现状,提出一种KANO与TRIZ相结合的医疗垃圾托运车设计方法。首先,运用观察法、访谈法获取并划分用户需求,建立KANO模型确定需求属性并计算需求指标的满意度系数,进而得出指标项的优先级排序;其次,通过TRIZ理论的39个工程参数和40个发明原理进行对照,解决各需求间的矛盾冲突,寻求最优决策方案。最后,以医疗垃圾托运车造型设计为例,验证了该方法的可行性,为智能装备的开发提供了新参考。
Aiming at the low carrying efficiency of traditional medical waste truck,a design method of medical waste delivery truck combined with KANO and TRIZ was proposed.Firstly,the observation method and interview method are used to obtain and divide the user needs,and the KANO model is established to determine the demand attributes and calculate the satisfaction coefficient of the demand indicators,and then the priority ranking of the indicators is obtained.Secondly,the 39 engineering parameters of TRIZ theory and 40 invention principles are compared to solve the contradictions and conflicts among the requirements and seek the optimal decision scheme.Finally,the feasibility of this method is verified by taking the medical waste truck as an example,which provides a new reference for the development of intelligent equipment.
