智慧养老理念下社区老年活动中心的景观设计——以瑞安市永胜门社区为例 被引量:3

摘要 在中国老龄化高速发展与社区养老为依托的背景下,社区老年人公共活动场所的户外环境设计获得了较多的关注。我国部分省市经济发达,但仍存在大量老旧社区和公共养老设施缺失的问题,因此老年人社区景观空间环境亟需规划更新。文章以永胜门社区为例,基于实地调查对社区老年活动中心景观空间进行分类,分析当前存在的问题。根据老年住户的活动需求,提出老年活动中心景观规划设计的策略来完善社区规划蓝图,并引入智慧医疗空间、康体健身空间、疗愈花园等景观等,以期通过空间交互、智慧化的设计手段促进社区养老功能空间的发展。 In the context of the rapid development of China aging problem and community nursing service,this research focuses on the outdoor environment design of public activity places for the elderly in the community.Wenzhou,Zhejiang Province,is an economically developed area,but there are also a lot of problems,such as the aging of communities,the lack of public pension facilities,and other issues.Therefore,the space environment of the elderly community landscape should be planned and updated in time.Taking Yongshengmen Community as an example,on the base of the field survey,this research classifies the landscape space of the community elderly activity center,and points out some existing problems.According to the real needs of elderly residents,the landscape planning and design strategy of the elderly activity center has been proposed to consummate community planning blueprint.By introducing intelligent medical space,fitness space,healing garden and other landscapes,as well as spatial interaction and intelligent design means,this research hopes to explore some effective methods to promote the development of community elderly care function space.
