摘要
防撞侧石是保护隧道主体结构的一种附属设施,具有施工质量要求高、结构复杂及施工效率低的特点。为保证防撞侧石施工的总体线形、结构尺寸与混凝土外观质量,文章以襄阳市东西轴线道路工程隧道防撞侧石试验段为例,对带水沟槽的多结构防撞侧石模板在单侧支撑情况下的施工重难点和技术要点进行深入研究,通过优化模板尺寸、加固方式和混凝土配比等性能参数,确定了最佳的施工方案和材料,有效保证了防撞侧石的施工质量。
The anti-collision side stone is an auxiliary facility to protect the main structure of the tunnel.It has the characteristics of high construction quality requirements,complex structure and low construction efficiency.In order to ensure the overall alignment,structural size and concrete appearance quality of the anti-collision side stone construction,this paper takes the anti-collision side stone test section of the tunnel in the east-west axis road project in Xiangyang City as an example to conduct in-depth research on the construction difficulties and technical points of the multi-structure anti-collision side stone template with water grooves under the condition of unilateral support.By optimizing the performance parameters such as template size,reinforcement method and concrete ratio,the best construction scheme and materials are determined,which effectively guarantees the construction quality of the anti-collision side stone.
