摘要 软弱围岩隧道常采用钢拱架进行隧道初期支护,受不良地质及施工过程中多次开挖扰动影响,钢拱架施工时常出现拱架下沉侵限的现象,因侵限的钢拱架侵占了二衬的厚度,导致了二衬厚度不足,影响二衬结构的受力,可能造成较为严重安全隐患,因此有必要对侵限的钢拱架进行换拱处理。文章以金仁桐高速公路项目太阳坪隧道工程为例,对工程中采用的基于临时套拱加固法的隧道侵限换拱处理方法进行分析,提炼总结施工要点,以供类似工程参考。 Steel arch frames are often used for initial support in weak surrounding rock tunnels.Due to adverse geological conditions and multiple excavation disturbances during construction,the steel arch frame often sinks and invades the limit during the construction of the steel arch frame.Because the steel arch frame invades the thickness of the secondary lining,the thickness of the secondary lining is insufficient,which affects the stress of the secondary lining structure and may cause serious safety hazards.Therefore,it is necessary to replace the steel arch frame that invades the limit.Taking Taiyangping Tunnel Engineering of Jinrentong Expressway Project as an example,this paper analyzes the treatment method of tunnel intrusion and arch replacement based on temporary arch reinforcement method adopted in the project,and summarizes the construction points for the reference of similar projects.
