摘要
济莱高铁建设项目设计有2座站台,站房的顶部屋面设计为倒三角形式的管桁架钢屋面,文章以此项目为例,从施工设计和施工方法两方面,分别对钢屋架吊装施工技术和钢屋架滑移梁施工技术进行分析。钢结构的安装采用大型履带吊进行吊装,根据管桁架结构的特点和吊装设备的起重能力,将其划分为片状吊装单元,并对各吊装单元吊装工况进行验算。同时采取有效的同步控制措施,实现了多条轨道的同步滑移,取得了良好的施工效果。
The design of Jilai high-speed railway construction project includes two platforms,and the top roof of the station building is designed as an inverted triangular pipe truss steel roof.Taking this project as an example,this paper analyzes the steel roof truss lifting construction technology and the steel roof truss sliding beam construction technology from two aspects of construction design and construction method.The installation of the steel structure is carried out by using a large crawler crane for lifting.According to the characteristics of the pipe truss structure and the lifting capacity of the lifting equipment,it is divided into sheet lifting units,and the lifting conditions of each lifting unit are checked.At the same time,effective synchronous control measures are taken to realize the synchronous sliding of multiple tracks,and good construction results are achieved.
