摘要
为提升桥梁检测效率以及安全性,文章设计开发了一种桥梁智能检测装备,此装备将图像采集装置搭载于机械悬臂上,可实现快速、安全、稳定的桥梁表观病害图像采集。并通过控制线阵相机补光和机械臂姿态,来克服外界光线、路面坡度及桥梁变截面因素影响图像采集质量的问题,有效提升了图像采集效果。
In order to improve the efficiency and safety of bridge detection,this paper designs and develops an intelligent bridge detection equipment.This equipment is equipped with an image acquisition device on the mechanical cantilever,which can realize fast,safe and stable image acquisition of bridge surface disease.By controlling the supplementary light of the linear array camera and the posture of the mechanical arm,the problem that the external light,road slope and bridge variable cross-section factors affect the quality of image acquisition is overcome,and the image acquisition effect is effectively improved.
