摘要 文章主要围绕BIM技术在数字化矿山运维管理阶段的应用进行研究,从建设方的需求出发,以BIM技术三维信息模型为基础,运维阶段以BIM竣工模型为主要信息载体,并根据使用方需求和矿山现场应用条件进行信息构件的重新定义,建立一套满足选矿厂运维管理需求的数字化管理系统。系统主要将传统施工中的技术、进度、质量、安全等管理的难题,通过数字化施工集成有效解决,应用BIM模型进行信息集成和可视化展现,实现工程项目网格化施工集成管理,实现机电设备安装数字化全过程管理,采用可视化的方式进行数据共享交互,为工程建设精细化管理提供决策信息和关键施工过程监控。 This paper mainly focuses on the application of BIM technology in the operation and maintenance management stage of digital mines.Starting from the needs of the construction party,based on the three-dimensional information model of BIM technology,the operation and maintenance stage mainly takes the BIM completion model as the main information carrier,and redefines the information components according to the needs of the users and the application conditions of the mine site,and establishes a set of digital management system to meet the operation and maintenance management needs of the beneficiation plant.The system mainly solves the problems of technology,schedule,quality and safety management in traditional construction through digital construction integration.The BIM model is used for information integration and visual presentation,so as to realize the grid construction integrated management of engineering projects,realize the digital whole process management of mechanical and electrical equipment installation,and use visual methods for data sharing and interaction.It provides decision-making information and key construction process monitoring for refined management of engineering construction.
