基于海绵城市理念的旧城区改造工程设计研究

Research on the Design of Old Urban Area Reconstruction Engineering Based on the Sponge City Concept

城市化进程不断加快,旧城区改造工程随之增多,可在此类工程的设计中引入海绵城市理念,提高改造工程质量。文章基于海绵城市理念,阐述了旧城区改造设计思路,并从设计目标、设计原则、改造小区的基本状况、设计方法及要点方面,对改造设计方法进行详细分析,期望能够对全域范围内海绵城市建设的推进有所帮助。

The process of urbanization is accelerating,and the number of reconstruction projects in old urban areas is increasing.The sponge city concept can be introduced in the design of such projects to improve the quality of the reconstruction project.Based on the sponge city concept,this paper expounds the design ideas of the old urban area reconstruction,and analyzes the reconstruction design methods in detail from the aspects of design objectives,design principles,basic conditions of the reconstruction area,design methods and key points,hoping to be helpful to the promotion of sponge city construction in the whole region.
