摘要
为了保证城市污水处理效果,文章分析了生物膜的形成过程、主要影响因素,介绍了生物膜法分类、工艺和挂膜方法,对比了高负荷生物滤池工艺、生物接触转盘工艺、曝气生物滤池工艺;依托某城市污水处理厂,阐述了生物膜法的设计原则、设计思路及不同填料下的微生物挂膜量,统计了污水厂出水口的NH3-N、TN、COD、TP、SS的浓度。研究成果表明,生物膜法能明显降低市政污水中的污染物浓度。
In order to ensure the effect of urban sewage treatment,this paper analyzes the formation process and main influencing factors of biofilm,introduces the classification,process and biofilm formation method of biomembrane process,and compares the high-loading biological filter process,biological contact turntable process and biological aerated filter process.Based on a municipal sewage treatment plant,the design principle and design idea of biomembrane process and the amount of microbial biofilm formation under different fillers were expounded.The concentrations of NH3-N,TN,COD,TP and SS at the outlet of the sewage treatment plant were counted.The research results show that the biomembrane process can significantly reduce the concentration of pollutants in municipal wastewater.
