圆形镂空钢桁梁顶推安装施工分析研究

摘要 桥梁顶推施工方法越来越多地运用在城市桥梁的建设中,顶推过程中桥跨结构不断承受正负弯矩的变化,针对钢桁梁、临时墩、钢导梁构件受力特性不易准确把握和控制的问题,结合丹江口市沧浪洲生态湿地公园步行桥主桥圆形镂空钢桁梁顶推施工过程受力及变形特点,将顶推过程进行详细分解,采用力学分析方法,对不利工况进行分析,结果表明,在顶推过程中针对性地对各工况进行控制可确保钢桁梁在顶推施工过程中处于安全状态,同时可为施工临时设施选型提供依据。 Pushing construction method is more and more used in the construction of urban bridges.During the pushing process,the bridge span structure continues to bear the changes of positive and negative bending moments.Aiming at the problem that the stress characteristics of steel truss beam,temporary pier and steel guide beam members are not easy to accurately grasp and control,combined with the stress and deformation characteristics of circular hollow steel truss beam of the main bridge of Canglangzhou Ecological Wetland Park pedestrian bridge in Danjiangkou City,the pushing process is decomposed in detail,the mechanical analysis method is used to analyze the adverse working conditions.The results show that the targeted control of each working condition in the pushing process can ensure that the steel truss beam is in a safe state during the pushing construction process,and can provide a basis for the selection of temporary construction facilities.
