高速公路隧道交通安全动态风险预警体系研究

摘要 针对高速公路隧道监测数据不全、交通安全风险界限模糊和粗放管理等问题,建立高速公路隧道单因素预警体系和多因素综合预警体系,多层次反映隧道交通安全风险状态。设置5级预警警度(Ⅰ级~Ⅴ级),依据法律法规、国家标准、地方政策及管理经验设置单因素预警阈值,通过层次分析-加权平均法评价隧道交通安全等级,由单因素预警等级和多因素评价等级设置相应的预警方案。 Aiming at the problems of incomplete monitoring data of expressway tunnel,fuzzy boundary of traffic safety risk and extensive management,a single factor early warning system and a multi factor comprehensive early warning system of expressway tunnel are established to reflect the risk state of tunnel traffic safety at multiple levels.Set 5-level early warning levels(level I~level V),set single factor early warning threshold according to laws and regulations,national standards,local policies and management experience,evaluate tunnel traffic safety level through analytic hierarchy process weighted average method,and set corresponding early warning scheme according to single factor early warning level and multi factor evaluation level.
