道路桥梁造价成本预算风险成因及对策探讨

针对道路桥梁工程由于各种不稳定因素的影响、管理不善可能会导致其投资成本增加、甚至超出预期等问题,以阳茂高速改扩建工程TJ3标施工项目为例,结合当下市场经济环境,分析了道路桥梁造价成本预算风险成因以及对策。总结得出:目前工程承建方面临的成本问题,主要由于造价全过程管理不够完善、外购成本大、材料调差风险、设计工艺性价比不高等原因,并提出了成本预算风险防控的对策。

Aiming at the problems of road and bridge projects due to the influence of various unstable factors and poor management,their investment costs may increase,or even exceed expectations.The causes and countermeasures of road and bridge construction cost budget risk are analyzed.It is concluded that the current cost problems faced by the project contractor are mainly due to the imperfect management of the whole process of cost,the high cost of outsourcing,the risk of material adjustment,and the low cost performance of the design process.
