摘要
开卷机、卷取机是冷轧连续机组稳定运行的关键设备,合理选择其电机参数及配套减速机减速比尤为重要。目前在工程设计上,作为开卷机、卷取机关键参数之一的电机功率通常是在张力所需功率的基础上、叠加一个放大系数来确定,计算过程粗放,计算准确性低,难以满足现代化机组对张力控制精度越来越高的要求,也与当前市场竞争环境对设计的精细化要求相悖。按照系统化思维的方法,从工艺、设备、电机制造、电气控制等多方面综合考虑,给出了冷轧处理机组开卷机、卷取机工艺张力、电机型式、减速比等的确定原则。在此基础上,从工艺张力所需功率、动力矩所需功率、弹性变形损失功率以及摩擦损失功率4个方面精确推导了开卷机、卷取机的功率计算公式,为工程设计中开卷机、卷取机电机功率以及减速机减速比的精确计算和选择提供了一套实用方法。
Coiler and uncoiler are the key equipment for stable running of continuous cold rolling lines.It is very important to choose the motor parameters and the reduction ratio of reducer reasonably.At present,in engineering design,the motor power,as one of the key parameters of uncoiler and coiler,is usually determined by superimposing an amplification factor on the basis of tension required power.However,the calculation process is extensive and accuracy of calculation is low,which is difficult to adapt to the increasingly high requirements on the tension control accuracy of cold rolling lines,and deviates from the concept of providing delicacy design to cope with the challenge of fierce market competition.According to systematic thinking method,from comprehensive consideration of many aspects,such as the process,equipment,motor manufacturing,electrical control,etc.,the determination principles of process tension,motor type and reduction ratio of uncoiler and coiler were given.On this basis,the power calculation formula of uncoiler and coiler was precisely derived from four aspects of power required by tension,power required by dynamic moment,power lost due to elastic deformation and power lost due to friction,providing a set of practical approaches to accurate calculation and selection of uncoiler/coiler motor power and reduction ratio in the engineering design.
