摘要
等速万向节润滑脂是汽车用量最大的润滑脂之一。汽车等速万向节由外球笼等速万向节(BJ)和内球笼等速万向节(TJ)组成,由于外球笼等速万向节和内球笼等速万向节润滑的差异性,需要使用两种润滑脂。为了简化品种,对能够同时满足内球笼万向节和外球笼等速万向节润滑要求的通用万向节润滑脂进行了研制。通用万向节润滑脂的基础油为调合基础油(环烷基油+石蜡基油),稠化剂为锂皂/钙皂(12-羟基硬脂酸锂皂∶12-羟基硬脂酸钙皂=70∶30),并添加有4.2%的复合抗磨/极压剂(1.5%锌盐+2.0%含硫剂+0.7%含磷剂)。研制的通用万向节润滑脂的理化性能,摩擦学特性(摩擦因数及抗磨损性能)及耐久性试验均达到或超过了主流竞品润滑脂,能够满足内球笼等速万向节和外球笼等速万向节的润滑要求,实现了等速万向节润滑脂的通用化。(图2表8参考文献4)
Constant velocity joint grease was one of the most widely used greases for automobiles.The automobile constant velocity joint consisted of ball constant velocity joint(BJ)and tripod constant velocity joint(TJ).Due to the difference in lubrication between the ball constant velocity joint and tripod constant velocity joint,two types of grease were required.In order to simplify the variety,a general purpose universal joint grease that could meet the lubrication requirements of both ball and tripod constant velocity joints had been developed.The base Stock of general purpose universal joint grease was mixed base Stock(naphthenic base Stock+paraffin base Stock),the thickener was lithium soap/calcium soap(lithium 12-hydroxystearate soap:calcium 12-hydroxystearate soap=70:30),and a 4.2%complex antiwear/extreme pressure additive(1.5%zinc salt+2.0%sulfur containing agent+0.7%phosphorus containing agent)was added.The physicochemical performance,tribological characteristics(frictional coefficient and wear resistance),and durability tests of the developed universal joint grease had reached or exceeded those of mainstream competitive greases.It could meet the lubrication requirements of the ball constant velocity joint and the tripod constant velocity joint,realizing the universalization of the constant velocity universal joint grease.(Charts2 Tables8 References4)
