摘要
为了解决海洋环境下燃气涡轮发动机的轴承腐蚀问题,以多元醇酯为基础油研发了一款低黏度(3 mm^(2)/s)的防腐型燃气涡轮发动机运行油,同时对研制的运行油及参比油的性能进行了对比评价。研制的运行油较参比油有更为优异的抗轴承腐蚀性能和抗湿热能力,其理化性能,抗氧化腐蚀性能,FZG承载性能和橡胶相容性与参比油相当,且通过了50 h的轴承性能试验,400 h的轴承强化试验及1600 h的燃气涡轮发动机试验,能够满足海洋环境下燃气涡轮发动机系统的润滑和防护要求。(图2表7参考文献2)
In order to solve the bearing corrosion problem of gas turbine engine in marine environment,a low viscosity(3 mm^(2)/s)corrosion-resistant gas turbine engine running oil was developed based on polyol ester.At the same time,the performances of the developed running oil and the reference oil were comparatively evaluated.The developed running oil had better bearing corrosion resistance and damp heat resistance than the reference oil.Its physicochemical performances,oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance,FZG bearing performance and rubber compatibility were equivalent to those of the reference oil.And it had passed 50 h bearing performance test,400 h bearing strengthening test and 1600 h gas turbine engine test,which could meet the lubrication and protection requirements of gas turbine engine system in marine environment.(Charts2 Tables7 References2)
