核电用磷酸酯抗燃液压油的研制及评价

摘要 以合成三芳基磷酸酯为基础油研制了核电用磷酸酯抗燃液压油,对研制的核电用磷酸酯抗燃液压油的理化性能,抗水解性能,抗氧化性能及黏温特性等进行了评价,并与进口参比油进行了对比。研制的核电用磷酸酯抗燃液压油的理化性能,水解安定性和氧化安定性与参比油相当,黏温特性与参比油近似,达到了制定的技术指标,能够满足核电机组电液控制系统(EH系统)用油的基本要求。(图1表5参考文献2) A phosphate ester fire resistant hydraulic oil for nuclear power had been developed using synthetic triaryl phosphate ester as the base Stocks.The physicochemical properties,hydrolysis resistance,oxidation resistance and viscosity-temperature characteristics of the developed phosphate ester fire resistant hydraulic oil for nuclear power were evaluated,and compared with imported reference oil.The physicochemical properties,hydrolysis stability and oxidation stability of the developed phosphate ester fire resistant hydraulic oil for nuclear power use were equivalent to those of the reference oil,and the viscosity-temperature characteristics were similar to those of the reference oil.The established technical indicators had been met,which could meet the basic requirements for oil use in the nuclear power unit electronic-hydraulic control system(EH system).(Chart1 Tables5 References2)
