氧疗对胎儿磁共振检查孕妇焦虑情绪的影响

Effects of Oxygen Therapy on Anxiety of Pregnant Women During Fetal Magnetic Resonance Examination

目的探讨氧疗对胎儿磁共振检查孕妇焦虑情绪的影响。方法选取2020年4月至2021年2月乐山市妇幼保健院201例因超声检查怀疑胎儿异常行磁共振检查的孕妇为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组102例,接受常规检查准备;观察组99例,除接受常规检查准备外,给予检查前鼻导管、检查中面罩常压氧疗。评价两组一次检查成功率、检查中指尖脉搏等。结果(1)胎儿磁共振检查孕妇焦虑情绪与指尖脉搏间相关系数r=0.920,P<0.001;(2)观察组孕妇一次检查成功率(95.96%)优于常规组(81.37%);(3)两组孕妇检查中指尖脉搏均>检查前指尖脉搏;(4)观察组孕妇检查中指尖脉搏(105.80±5.87)次/min,小于对照组孕妇检查中指尖脉搏(116.94±5.00)次/min。结论氧疗对于提高孕妇检查舒适度、减轻焦虑情绪等有着重要价值,同时可以提高孕妇检查配合度及效率。

Objective This study is to explore the effect of oxygen therapy on the anxiety of pregnant women during fetal magnetic resonance examination.Methods 210 pregnant women from a hospital in Leshan City are selected as the research subjects whose magnetic resonance examination results indicate fetal abnormalities by using ultrasound examination tools.The study subjects are randomly divided into control group and observation group.A control group consists 102 patients who receives routine examination preparations.The observation group involves 99 patients,and its preparations comprise atmospheric oxygen therapy with mask before examination,atmospheric oxygen therapy with nasal catheter during examination and routine examination preparations.There are many indicators used to evaluate the effect of this study,such as the success rate of one examination and the pulse of the middle finger.Results(1)The correlation coefficient between maternal anxiety and fingertip pulse in fetal magnetic resonance examination was r=0.920,P<0.001;(2)The success rate of one-time examination of pregnant women in the observation group(95.96%)was better than that in the routine group(81.37%);(3)The middle fingertip pulse of the pregnant women in both groups was greater than the fingertip pulse before the inspection;(4)The middle fingertip pulse of pregnant women in the observation group(105.80±5.87 times/min)was lower than that of the control group(116.94±5.00 times/min).Conclusion Oxygen therapy is of great value in improving the comfort of pregnant women in examinations and reducing anxiety,and at the same time,it can improve the cooperation and efficiency of pregnant women in examinations.
