市场监管综合执法队伍标准化建设思考

Thoughts on the Construction of the Standards System for Comprehensive Law Enforcement Team of Market Supervision

随着市场监管综合执法改革,市场监管综合执法队伍建设存在执法标准不统一、队伍建设不完善、信息化执法不足、培训规范程度和执法规范程度不高等问题。本文从执法机构、人员、保障、办案、创新监管执法5个方面构建了3个层级的标准体系框架,以期为市场监管综合执法队伍标准化建设提供参考。

With the comprehensive law enforcement reform of market supervision,there are problems in the construction of the comprehensive law enforcement team of market supervision,such as inconsistent law enforcement standards,not perfect team construction,insufficient information law enforcement,low level of training and law enforcement norms.This paper constructs a three-level standards system framework in five aspects of law enforcement agencies,personnel,security,case handling,innovative supervision and law enforcement,providing reference for the standardization construction of the comprehensive law enforcement team of market supervision.
