Research on Standardization of Enterprise Integrated Management

经济全球化和现代企业制度的演进,对企业管理提出了更高的要求。标准化管理作为企业综合管理的一项基础性工作,可以有效提升企业人员的工作效率,规范相关工作流程和要求,从而使得企业综合管理水平迈上新的台阶。本文通过系统梳理企业综合管理标准化的研究现状,分析企业综合管理标准化的实践经验、存在的问题和不足,为企业综合管理标准化的实施提供建设性意见,以期促进企业综合管理水平的提升。

With the evolution of economic globalization and modern enterprise system,higher requirements have been put forward for enterprise management.Standardization management,as the basic work of enterprise integrated management,can effectively improve the efficiency of enterprise personnel,standardize the relevant work processes and requirements,thus making the enterprise integrated management raise to a new level.This paper analyzes the practical experience,problems and shortcomings of the current standardization construction of enterprise integrated management on the basis of sorting out the current situation of research on standardization of enterprise integrated management,and provides constructive suggestions for the implementation of the standardization of enterprise integrated management,which is expected to enhance the level of enterprise integrated management.
