基于国家教学标准的地方特色药学人才培养目标设置

Goal Setting for Training Local Pharmacy Talents Based on National Teaching Standards

当前药学类本科专业办学点较多,根据国家相关标准构建高质量的教学保障体系,可使行业内对职业人才素质要求的认知统一得到提升,也是国家高等药学教育培养高素质人才的重要保障。本研究以贵州医科大学神奇民族医药学院药学专业为例,探讨和分析了地方院校在遵循国家药学教学质量标准要求基础上,根据社会对人才的需求,针对人才培养目标的设置和实施过程中培养药学人才的特征,指出培养地方特色人才和实践的重要措施,明确了按照地方实际特点和国家药学质量标准制定并执行人才培养目的的重要性。

At present,there are many schools for pharmacy undergraduate majors.The construction of a high-quality teaching guarantee system according to relevant national standards can improve the industry's unified cognition of the quality requirements for professional talents,and it is also an important guarantee for the cultivation of high-quality talents in the national higher pharmaceutical education.This paper takes the pharmacy major of a medical university as an example to discuss and analyze the characteristics of talents in the process of setting and implementing the talent training goals on the basis of following the requirements of the national pharmacy teaching quality standards,according to the needs for talents in the society,points out the important measures for cultivating talents with local characteristics and relevant practices in local colleges and universities,and clarifies the importance of formulating and implementing the purpose of talent training according to the actual characteristics of the place and the national pharmaceutical quality standards.
