高等职业教育育训结合背景下的增值评价标准

Value-added Evaluation Standard under the Background of the Combination of Higher Vocational Education and Training

2020年10月,《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》出台,首次系统提出建构科学评价体系,探索和完善增值评价模块。《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》提出新时代职业教育人才培养新方向——即破“五”、育“才”。育训结合背景下,职业院校高度重视投入与建设自身特色专业以及职业技能培训,深化与企业合作,拓宽育训广度,改革教育增值评价标准体系,形成完备的育训结合教育体系。新时代教育评价改革的新理念、新思路、新方案对国家职业教育改革和百万扩招发展需要具有划时代意义。

In October 2020,the Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Educational Evaluation in the New Era was issued,which systematically proposed for the first time to construct a scientific evaluation system to explore and improve the value-added evaluation module.The document puts forward the new orientation of vocational education personnel training in the new era,namely,breaking the"five"and cultivating"talents".Under the background of the combination of education and training,vocational colleges attach great importance to investment and construction of specialties with their own characteristics and vocational skills training,deepen cooperation with enterprises,broaden the breadth of education and training,reform the standards system on value-added evaluation of education,and form a complete system of the combination of education and training.The new concepts,new ideas and new plans of the educational evaluation reform in the new era have epoch-making significance to the national vocational education reform and the need of enrollment expansion.
