以案例分析为主的规范化思维导图教学在急诊创伤骨科中的应用价值研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:以案例分析为主的规范化思维导图教学在急诊创伤骨科中的应用价值研究。方法:本次研究从本院2021年7月-2022年5月收入的实习生中随机抽取64例,按照随机数表法将其分为了对照组(常规教学)和观察组(以案例分析为主的规范化思维导图教学)两组,分析在急诊创伤骨科教学方面的应用价值。结果:对比学习良优率:观察组的实习生理论考核良优率为96.88%,和对照组90.63%,对比差异不大(P>0.05),无统计学意义;观察组的实习生实践操作考核良优率为100.00%,高于对照组87.50%,实践考核指标对比(P<0.05),有统计学意义;对比综合学习满意率:观察组综合满意30例(93.75%),对照组综合满意23例(71.88%),指标对比差异显著,(P<0.05),有统计学意义;观察组分析应用能力如主题分析、沟通研究等分数比对照组更高,指标对比(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:以案例分析为主的规范化思维导图教学可帮助实习生学习急诊创伤骨科的相关理论知识,提升自身的实践能力,建议推广。 Objective:To study the application value of standardized mind map teaching based on case analysis in emergency trauma orthopedics.Methods:In this study,64 interns in the hospital from July 2021 to May 2022 were randomly selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups:control group(routine teaching)and observation group(standardized mind map teaching based on case analysis),and the application value in the teaching of emergency trauma orthopedics was analyzed.Results:The good and excellent rate of comparative learning:The good and excellent rate of intern theoretical assessment was 96.88%in the observation group,and 90.63%in the control group,with no significant difference(P>0.05).The good rate of intern practice assessment was 100.00%in the observation group,higher than the 87.50%in the control group,and the comparison of practice assessment indicators was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive learning satisfaction rate:30 cases(93.75%)of comprehensive satisfaction in the observation group and 23 cases(71.88%)of comprehensive satisfaction in the control group,the index comparison difference was significant(P<0.05),with statistical significance.The scores in analytical application ability such as topic analysis and communication research of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the comparison of indicators was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized mind map teaching based on case analysis can help interns learn relevant theoretical knowledge of emergency trauma orthopedics and improve their own practical ability,and it is suggested to popularize.
