摘要
目的:探讨标准化人性化护理在社区门诊输液患者中的应用价值。方法:选取本院2020年06月~2021年06月社区门诊接收的36例输液患者,随机分组,对照组(n=18)采取常规护理,观察组(n=18)实施标准化人性化护理,评价两组护理效果。结果:护理干预后,观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理质量高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组焦虑评分、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:标准化人性化护理能够提升护理质量,可降低不良事件发生率,为社区门诊输液护理提供了指导。
Objective:To explore the application value of standardized humanized nursing in community outpatient transfusion patients.Methods:A total of 36 patients with transfusion admitted to the community outpatient department of the hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=18)who received routine nursing,and the observation group(n=18)who received standardized humanized nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups were evaluated.Results:After nursing intervention,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse events of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the nursing quality of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized humanistic nursing can improve the quality of nursing,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and provide guidance for transfusion nursing in community outpatient clinics.
