Analysis of the Implementation and Effect of Standardized Nursing Bedside Shift in ICU

目的:分析ICU标准化护理床旁交接班在ICU护理工作中的实际实施效果。方法:在我院ICU病房内手术的患者中选定70例,选取时间2021年11月至2022年10月,于2022年6月正式实施对应的护理模式,随机划分为甲乙组,甲组(35例)实施常规护理交接方法,乙组(35例)应用标准化护理床旁交接班模式,比较护理缺陷事件与护理质量评分。结果:实施护理后乙组护理缺陷发生率小于甲组(P=0.006);护理质量评分乙组>甲组(P=0.000),组间数据对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ICU标准化护理床旁交接班在ICU病房有显著效果,既能改善护理质量,又能规避护理缺陷风险。

Objective:To analyze the practical effect of standardized bedside shift in ICU nursing work.Methods:70 patients undergoing operation in ICU of the hospital from November 2021 to October 2022 were selected,and the corresponding nursing mode was officially implemented in June 2022.They were divided into group A and group B according to the coin toss method.Group A(35 cases)adopted the conventional nursing handover method,while group B(35 cases)adopted the standardized bedside shift mode,and the nursing defect events and nursing quality scores were compared.Results:The incidence of nursing defects in group B was lower than that in group A(P-0.006).The nursing score of group B was higher than that of group A(P=0.000),and the data of group A and group B were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized bedside nursing shift in ICU has a significant effect in ICU ward,which can not only improve the quality of nursing,but also avoid the risk of nursing defects.
