标准化快速康复护理在急性阑尾炎患者围手术期的应用及并发症发生情况研究

Research on the Application of Standardized Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing for Patients with Acute Appendicitis in Perioperative Period and the Occurrence of Postoperative Complications

目的:探讨针对急性阑尾炎患者在其围手术期间采取标准化快速康复护理的应用价值,观察对患者术后并发症发生情况的影响。方法:选取2021年5月至2022年5月我院收治的80例急性阑尾炎患者,均采取手术治疗,随机数字表法将其分成对照组(n=40,常规护理)与研究组(n=40,标准化快速康复护理),对比临床指标恢复情况、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果:研究组术后临床指标恢复时间均较短,P<0.05;研究组并发症发生率较低,P<0.05;研究组护理满意度较高,P<0.05。结论:在急性阑尾炎患者围手术期实施标准化快速康复护理可降低并发症发生率,促进病情好转,建议推广应用。

Objective:To explore the application value of standardized rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients with acute appendicitis during perioperative period,and observe the influence on the occurrence of postoperative complications.Methods:80 patients with acute appendicitis admitted to the hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected for surgical treatment.They were divided into control group(n=40,conventional nursing)and study group(n=40,standardized rapid rehabilitation nursing)by random number table method.The recovery of clinical indicators,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Results:The recovery time of clinical indexes was shorter in the study group,P<0.05.The complication rate of the study group was lower(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher,P<0.05.Conclusion:The standardized rapid rehabilitation nursing in perioperative period of patients with acute appendicitis can reduce the incidence of complications and promote the improvementofthecondition.
