本文依照文献对比法和理论分析法首先就食品安全及食品质量监督管理现状进行了论述,其次提出了标准化应用于食品质量安全管理中的意义,最后结合标准化应用价值探究出了标准化在其中的运用措施,如坚持问题导向,探寻食品安全监管新路径、新机制;坚持核心基础,健全食品安全监督管理的法律、规章与规范标准的管理体系等。

According to the method of literature comparison and theoretical analysis,this paper discusses the current situation of food safety and food quality supervision and management,puts forward the significance of standardization application in food quality and safety management,and finally explores the application measures of standardization in combination with the application value of standardization,such as adhering to the problem orientation,exploring the new path and new mechanism of food safety supervision,adhering to the core foundation and improving the management system of laws,specifications and standards for food safety supervision and management for reference.
