跨国项目的本地化质量管理实践研究——以中车长客美国地铁车辆项目为例

Practice Research on Local Quality Management in Transnational Projects——A Case Study of the U.S.Railway Vehicle Project of CRRC Changchun Railway Vehicles

通过分析中车长客美国地铁车辆本地化质量管理的过程和内容,总结提炼其管理模式和经验,为跨国公司开展项目质量管理提供参考借鉴。研究发现,制定明晰的质量管理制度和文化,设计规范细致的管理流程,完善员工技能培训和跨文化沟通能力培训,开展前瞻性质量管理策划,加强高级领导的深度参与,制定战略性人才发展计划是保障海外项目质量管理水平的重要因素。

Based on the analysis of the process and content of the localization quality management of railway vehicles in the United States of CRRC Changchun Railway Vehicles Co.,Ltd.,the management mode and experience are summarized and refined to provide a reference for multinational companies to carry out project quality management.It is found that the development of clear quality management system and culture,the design of standardized and meticulous management process,the improvement of staff skills training and cross-cultural communication ability training,the development of forward-looking quality management planning,strengthening the deep participation of senior leaders,the formulation of strategic talent development plans are important factors to ensure the quality management level of overseas projects.
