“能力导向、多维协同”创新型造纸工程人才培养模式的探索

Exploration of"Ability Oriented and Multi-Dimensional Collaboration"Training Mode for Innovative Engineering Talents in Papermaking Specialty

针对当前人才培养过程中存在的校企合作松散,学生工程实践创新能力薄弱,理论与实践脱节,以及科研与教学分离等主要问题,提出了“能力导向,多维协同”的人才培养理念,在院企合作、创新实践能力培养体系和科研反哺教学机制等方面,开展了一系列积极而有成效的探索,为创新型造纸工程人才培养提供了重要保障。

In view of the main problems existing in the current talent training process,such as loose cooperation between schools and enterprises,weak engineering practice and innovation ability of students,disconnection between theory and practice,and separation of scientific research and teaching,this paper puts forward the talent training concept of"ability oriented and multidimensional collaboration",a series of positive and effective explorations have been carried out in the cooperation between the university and the enterprise,the cultivation system of innovative practical ability and the mechanism of scientific research feedback teaching,providing an important guarantee for the cultivation of innovative paper engineering talents.
