现代雷达与通信系统对于集成化与多功能的需求日益迫切,各种电子装备对相控阵提出高增益、宽频带、可重构、可扩展、便于安装拆卸等与日俱增的技术挑战。介绍了一种超宽带有源相控阵系统技术构型方案,重点对阵列架构、天线设计、结构设计进行了分析。阵列可灵活扩展,满足使用环境的苛刻要求和低成本要求。研制出一套规模为16×16的相控阵系统,试验结果证明了该方案的可行性和正确性。

The requirements of integration and multi-function for modern radar and communication system are increasingly urgent.Various electronic equipments pose increasing technical challenges to phased array,such as high gain,broadband,reconfigurable,scalable,easy to install and disassemble.This paper introduces a technical configuration scheme of ultra wideband active phased array system,focuses on the analysis of array architecture,antenna design and structural design.The array can be flexibly expanded,which meets the strict requirements of operating environment and low cost.A phased array system with 16×16 channels is developed,and the experimental results prove the feasibility and correctness of the scheme.
