基于盾构穿越南水北调沉降控制的研究

摘要 通过对体育中心站—平房村站区间下穿南水北调3次试验段及穿越段盾构参数的控制。采取调查既有管线状况、地面加固措施、加强型管片。较高土压掘进,盾构机高负荷运转,中盾注克泥效,同步双液注浆,尽早进行二次注浆,合理的径向注浆,多次二次补浆等措施。结合沉降分析,从纵向沉降5阶段和横向沉降槽分析。合理的设置沉降控制值,安全通过南水北调。从盾构基础参数出发结合沉降数据分析,指出盾构施工需要完善改进的地方。优化参数调整数据,顺利完成了盾构穿越南水北调。总结了盾构的施工经验,对后续施工有一定指导作用。 Through the control of shield parameters for three test sections and crossing sections of the South to North Water Transfer Project under the section from Sports Center Station to Pingfangcun Station.Take measures to investigate the condition of existing pipelines,ground reinforcement measures,and reinforced segments.High earth pressure tunneling,high load operation of the shield machine,medium shield grouting to control mud effect,synchronous dual fluid grouting,early secondary grouting,reasonable radial grouting,multiple secondary grouting and other measures.Combined with settlement analysis.Analyze from 5 stages of longitudinal settlement and lateral settlement trough.Reasonable settlement control values should be set to safely pass the South to North Water Transfer Project.Based on the analysis of shield foundation parameters and settlement data,it is pointed out that the shield construction needs to be improved.Optimize the parameter adjustment data and successfully complete the south-to-north water diversion project for shield tunneling.The construction experience of shield tunneling is summarized,which has a certain guiding role for subsequent construction.
