摘要 研究磁共振成像(MRI)对健康男性和女性盆底组织结构三维重建的方法及意义。选取健康青年男性及女性各1人,进行MRI扫描,观察盆底部分组织结构,应用医学图像处理软件ITK-SNAP进行三维重建,建立盆底肌群的三维几何模型,并实现任意角度观察和精确定位测量分析。在此基础上,应用有限元程序ANSYS workbench,建立计算模型,并对计算结果进行拟合分析,得到耻骨直肠肌收缩力与肛直角角度变化的相关性,研究结果可为今后开展盆底相关疾病的研究提供参考依据。 This paper is devoted to studying the method and significance of Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI)in 3-dimensional reconstruction of pelvic floor tissue structure in healthy male and female.One healthy young male and one female were selected for MRI scanning to observe the partial tissue structure of the pelvic floor.The medical image processing software ITK-SNAP is used for 3-dimensional reconstruction to establish a 3-dimensional geometric model of the pelvic floor muscle group,and to achieve any angle observation and accurate positioning measurement and analysis.On this basis,using the finite element program ANSYS workbench platform,the calculation model is established,and the calculation results are fitted and analyzed,and the correlation between the contractive force of puborectalis muscle and the change of anorectal angle is obtained,which can provide a reference basis for the research of pelvic floor related diseases in the future.
