摘要
我国锂电池行业蓬勃发展,在生产和消费方面都跃升至世界首位,但超高速发展的背后暗藏着资源短缺和环境影响的隐患。文章针对我国锂电池供应链现状,结合绿色供应链及相关理论,构建了锂电池绿色供应链的SCOR模型并分析了主要流程,进而通过专家访谈、问卷调研等方法构建了包含5个关键域、9个一级指标和20个二级指标的锂电池绿色供应链评价指标体系,并引入AHP-熵权法和云模型方法进行评价。最后文章以垂直整合度高的W公司的L电池所在供应链为研究对象进行评价分析并提出发展建议。
According to the current situation of lithium battery supply chain in China,combined with the green supply chain and related theories and SCOR model,this paper constructs a SCOR model of lithium battery green supply chain and analyzes the main processes and implementation factors.By expert interviews and questionnaire surveys,it constructs a lithium battery green supply chain evaluation system,including 5 key domains,9 first-grade index and 20 secondary-grade index,and the AHP-entropy weight method and the cloud model method are introduced to evaluate the green supply chain of lithium battery.Finally,the supply chain of L battery of W Company is taken as the research object for evaluation and analysis,which shows that the evaluation system constructed has a certain degree of practicality.
