现阶段,全球性经济衰退影响严重、全球贸易环境复杂多变、世界经济大调整趋势凸显,中国国际贸易产业迎来百年未有之大变局。面对当前对外贸易的产业结构升级作用明显、前沿产业领域发展速度显著加快、产业结构的局限性依旧较为突出等现状,可通过依托“一带一路”以发挥产业互补优势、立足贸易竞争以凸显优势产业效应、整合本土资源以激发第三产业活力、加快技术创新以增强风险抵御能力等措施,同步调整优化国内产业结构与国际贸易产业结构,从而为国民经济稳定发展奠定基础。

At this stage,the global economic recession is seriously affected,the trading environment is complex and changeable,and the trend of global economic adjustment is increasing.China's international trade industry is facing an unprecedented complex situation.Facing the status quo of the trade industry structure where foreign trade has obviously promoted the upgrading of the industrial structure,the development of frontier industrial fields has increased rapidly,and the limitations of the industrial structure are still prominent,China still needs to rely on the Belt and Road Initiative to give full play to its industrial complementary advantages,and to highlight the effects of competitive industries based on trade competition.Integrate local resources to stimulate the vitality of the tertiary industry,accelerate technological innovation and enhance risk resistance,so that the domestic industrial structure and the international trade industrial structure can be adjusted and optimized simultaneously,laying a foundation for the stable development of the national economy.
