电磁导航支气管镜诊疗肺外周病变的手术配合(附20例报告)

摘要 随着越来越多的肺部病变被早期发现,早期确定这些病变的性质并给予相应的干预是临床诊疗工作的重点^([1])。经气管肺病变活检具有并发症低的优点^([2]),但对于周围型肺结节,传统支气管镜诊断率低^([3])。随着技术的不断发展,电磁导航支气管镜(electromagnetic navigation bronchoscopy,ENB)技术的出现为解决这个难题提供了方法^([4])。
