中国平台经济发展水平评价指标体系构建与测度

Construction and Measurement of the Evaluation Index System of China’s Platform Economy Development Level

文章在梳理数字经济与平台经济之间的关系的基础上,从数字经济的概念中剥离出平台经济,对平台经济的范围进行界定,并构造平台经济发展水平评价指标体系,基于2014—2020年的省级面板数据,采用熵权-TOPSIS模型实证测度我国的平台经济发展水平,并用Dagum基尼系数及其子群分解方法和聚类分析法分别对平台经济发展水平的区域差异和省际差异进行分析。研究发现,从全局角度看,平台经济发展趋势长期向好;从区域角度看,平台经济发展水平存在严重的区域不均衡和“数字鸿沟”现象,呈现东部—中部—西部依次递减的空间分布格局,总体差异呈现缩小趋势,区域间差异在总体差异中起主导作用;从省域角度看,各省份间平台经济发展水平差异显著,平台经济发展水平可聚类为四大梯队。

On the basis of sorting out the relationship between digital economy and platform economy,this paper separates the platform economy from the concept of the digital economy,defines the scope of the platform economy,and constructs the evaluation index system of the development level of the platform economy.Based on the provincial panel data from 2014 to 2020,the entropy weight-TOPSIS model is used to measure the development level of China’s platform economy,and Dagum Gini coefficient and its subgroup decomposition method and cluster analysis method are used to analyze the regional and provincial differences of platform economy development level.The results go as the following:From the overall perspective,the development trend of platform economy has been improving for a long time;from a regional perspective,there are serious regional unbalanced development and digital divide in the development level of platform economy,showing a decreasing spatial distribution pattern from the eastern region to the central region to the western region;the total regional difference has a shrinking trend,and the regional difference plays a leading role in the total difference.From the provincial perspective,there is a significant gap in the development level of platform economy among provinces,and the development of platform economy can be divided into four echelons.
