环境因素对牵引电机冷却性能的影响

摘要 以强迫风冷牵引电机为例,对导致电机冷却性能下降的气候环境进行了分析,并提出优化措施。分析表明,冷却介质的物理属性随温度、气压改变,电机冷却系统设计时需考虑高温、高寒以及高海拔对冷却特性的影响,同时需要考虑在运行环境污染程度较高的地区,进风过滤、风孔堵塞、出口回流、含有杂质的冷却介质在旋转离心力的作用下对绝缘材料的磨损等问题。充分考虑实验环境与运行环境的差异性是保障线路运行的关键。该文对特殊环境的电机设计具有一定的参考价值。 Taking the forced air-cooled traction motor as an example,the climate environment was analyzed that caused the cooling performance of the motor to decline,and optimization measures were put forward.The analysis showed that the physical properties of the cooling medium changed with the temperature and air pressure,so the influence of high temperature,high cold and high altitude on the cooling characteristics should be considered in the design of the motor cooling system.The problems such as air inlet filtration,air hole plugging,outlet back flow,and the wear of the insulating material caused by the cooling medium containing impurities under the action of rotating centrifugal force should be considered in the areas with high degree of environmental pollution.The key to ensure the operation of the line is to fully consider the difference between the test environment and the operation environment during the design.The conclusions have certain reference value for the design of motor in special environment.
