生物-心理-社会医学护理干预在双相情感障碍患者中的应用效果及对治疗依从性的影响

Application Effect of Bio-psycho-social Medical Nursing Intervention in Patients with Bipolar Disorder and its Influence on Treatment Compliance

目的探究生物-心理-社会医学护理干预在双相情感障碍患者中的应用效果及对治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2019年1月-2021年6月在我院诊治的60例双相情感障碍患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组给予常规护理联合生物-心理-社会医学护理干预。干预1个月后,比较两组患者治疗依从性、躁狂症症状(BRMS)评分、韦氏记忆量表(WMS)评分、焦虑和抑郁评分以及护理满意度。结果观察组治疗依从率(93.33%)高于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05);两组干预后BRMS评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后记忆商数、瞬时记忆、短时记忆、长时记忆各维度评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后焦虑、抑郁评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.67%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。结论生物-心理-社会医学护理干预应用于双相情感障碍患者中,可提高治疗依从性,降低患者躁狂症症状,改善其认知功能,且可提高护理满意度,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of biological-psychological-social medical nursing intervention in patients with bipolar disorder and its influence on treatment compliance.Methods A total of 60 patients with bipolar disorder diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given routine nursing combined with biological-psychological-social medical nursing intervention.After 1 month of intervention,the treatment compliance,Bech-Rafaelsen Mania Rating Scale(BRMS)score,Wechsler Memory Scale(WMS)score,anxiety and depression score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment compliance rate of the observation group(93.33%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).The BRMS score of the two groups after intervention was lower than that before intervention,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of memory quotient,instantaneous memory,short-term memory and long-term memory in the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scores of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 83.33%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Biological-psychological-social medical nursing intervention can improve the treatment compliance of patients with bipolar disorder,reduce the symptoms of mania,improve cognitive function,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
