Al含量对Ce_(0.6)Mn_(0.4)O_(x)催化去除柴油机尾气碳烟颗粒物的影响

摘要 为了分析Al添加量对CeMnO_(x)催化剂催化碳烟活性和稳定性能的影响,用共沉淀法制备了系列(Ce_(0.6)Mn_(0.4))_(1-x)Al_(x)O_(x)(0≤x≤0.3)催化剂。低温氮气吸附-脱附结果表明,Al的添加可提升新鲜CeMnO_(x)催化剂的织构性能,并能在高温下保持一定的稳定,但织构性能并不是影响活性的关键因素。氢气-程序升温还原(H_(2)-TPR)结果表明,虽然加入Al会降低新鲜催化剂的氧化还原性能,但少量Al的加入(x=0.05)可以在800℃高温下稳定还原峰的总面积和第一还原峰的强度,从而有效抑制了高温下催化剂活性的下降。 In order to analyze the effect of Al addition on the soot activity and stability of CeMnO_(x) catalysts,a series of(Ce_(0.6)Mn_(0.4))_(1-x)Al_(x)O_(x)(0≤x≤0.3)catalysts were prepared by coprecipitation method.The low temperature nitrogen adsorption-desorption measurements show that the addition of Al can improve the texture performance of fresh CeMnO_(x) catalyst and maintain a certain stability at high temperature,but the texture performance is not the key factor affecting the activity.The results of H_(2)-temperature programed reduction(H_(2)-TPR)show that although the addition of Al could reduce the redox performance of fresh catalysts,the addition of a small amount of Al(x=0.05)could stabilize the total area of the reduction peak and the intensity of the first reduction peak at 800℃,thus effectively inhibiting the decrease of the activity at high temperature.
