卷烟烟灰pH值与燃烧及包灰性能间的关系

摘要 为了定量评价卷烟烟灰的pH及其与燃烧及包灰性能间的关系,建立了烟灰pH测定方法,测定并分析了不同牌号卷烟烟灰pH的差异性,以及烟灰pH与燃烧完全性、包灰值、灰度值、持灰能力间的关系。结果表明:1)常规卷烟烟灰pH介于11.21~11.39,不同牌号卷烟烟灰pH存在极显著差异;2)简单相关性分析表明,烟灰pH与烟灰灰度值和燃烧完全性呈显著正相关关系;3)灰色关联度分析表明,烟灰pH与各项燃烧及包灰性能指标间的关联度均大于0.6,关联顺序是灰度值>燃烧完全性>包灰值>持灰能力。烟灰pH是影响卷烟包灰性能的重要因素,pH过高对包灰性能有不利影响。 In order to quantitatively evaluate the pH of cigarette ash and its relationship with the performance of burning ash,a method for measuring the pH of cigarette ash was established,the difference in pH of cigarette ash of different brands,the pH of cigarette ash,combustion completeness,ash value,as well as the relationship between gray value and gray holding capacity were measured and analyzed.The results showed that:(1)The pH of conventional cigarette ash ranges from 11.21 to 11.39,and there are very significant differences in the pH of cigarette ash of different brands.(2)The results of simple correlation analysis show that there is a significant positivie correlation between soot pH and soot gray value and combustion completeness.(3)The gray correlation analysis results show that the correlations between soot pH and various combustion and ash encapsulation indexes are all greater than 0.6,and the correlation sequence is gray value>combustion completeness>ash encapsulation value>ash holding capacity.In summary,the pH of soot is an important factor affecting the ash-packing performance of cigarettes,and excessively high pH has an adverse effect on the ash-packing performance.
