摘要
利用高效液相色谱,建立定量分析方法,测定除草剂氯嘧磺隆类似物(A)3-(4-氯-6-甲氧基嘧啶-2-基)-1-(2-甲氧羰基苯基)磺酰脲和氯嘧磺隆类似物(B)3-(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基)-1-(2-甲氧羰基-4-氨基苯基)磺酰脲在pH=5时的水解半衰期。结果表明,氯嘧磺隆类似物A和B在3~48 mg/L质量浓度范围内色谱峰面积与质量浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数R2大于0.999,氯嘧磺隆类似物A水解半衰期为15.57 d,小于氯嘧磺隆(22.21 d),氯嘧磺隆类似物B水解半衰期为8.45 d,具有优异的水解性能。
A quantitative analytical method was developed to determine the hydrolysis half-lives of the herbicides chlorsulfuron analogue(A)3-(4-chloro-6-methoxypyrimidin-2-yl)-1-(2-methoxycarbonyl phenyl)sulfonylurea and chlorsulfuron analogue(B)3-(4,6-dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)-1-(2-methoxycarbonyl-4-aminophenyl)sulfonylurea at pH=5 using high performance liquid chromatography.The results showed that chlorsulfuron analogs A and B showed good linearity in the concentration range of 3~48 mg/L with the correlation coefficient R 2 greater than 0.999.The hydrolysis half-life of chlorsulfuron analog A was 15.57 days,which was smaller than that of chlorsulfuron(22.21 days),and the hydrolysis half-life of chlorsulfuron analog B was 8.45 days with excellent hydrolysis performance.
