This paper mainly describes the application and existing problems of Venturi scrubber in the washing and separation of crude gas,and redesigns and optimizes the Venturi tube in combination with the actual situation to solve the problem of excessive resistance of Venturi scrubber in the process of dust removal and washing of crude gas.
