北京市昌平区休闲农业发展模式及创新研究

Research on the Development Model and Innovation of Leisure Agriculture in Changping District of Beijing

由于常规的休闲农业发展模式多数采用单一化的休闲农业产品服务项目与内容,所以降低休闲农业发展模式在当前激烈市场中的竞争力。针对这一问题,该文以北京市昌平区为例,对休闲农业发展模式的基础条件与发展现状进行分析,得出当前模式运行过程中存在的问题和不足。并针对观光采摘型、休闲体验型、村镇旅游型及休闲农庄型4种休闲农业发展模式进行创新,促进休闲农业模式的可持续发展。

As most of the conventional development models of leisure agriculture adopt single leisure agricultural product service items and contents,it reduces the competitiveness of the development model of leisure agriculture in the current fierce market.In view of this problem,this paper takes Changping District of Beijing as an example to analyze the basic conditions and development status of leisure agriculture development mode,and discovers the problems and deficiencies in the operation process of the current mode.In addition,the four development modes of leisure agriculture,namely,sightseeing picking,leisure experience,village tourism and leisure farm,are innovated to promote the sustainable development of leisure agriculture mode.
