红色文化助推革命老区乡村振兴的价值、困境及路径

党的十八大以来,习近平总书记先后到过许多革命老区考察,看望老区人民,高度重视对红色文化的弘扬与发展,多次强调一定要把红色资源利用好、把红色传统发扬好、把红色基因传承好。红色文化资源作为革命老区的优势资源,在革命老区乡村振兴中具有不可替代的独特功能和时代价值,是推动革命老区振兴发展的重要力量。但是,在运用红色文化助推革命老区振兴发展的过程中仍存在红色文化资源开发利用模式单一、乡村红色文化产业专业人才稀缺、红色文化参与基层治理力度薄弱、红色文化宣传教育方式缺乏新意和红色文化保护与设施建设不到位等突出问题。新时代新征程,革命老区要全面推进乡村振兴,必须充分发挥自身独特的资源优势,深入挖掘、开发和利用红色文化资源,探索红色文化助推革命老区乡村振兴的实现路径,扎实推动老区产业、人才、文化、生态和组织振兴,努力走出一条新时代振兴发展新路,让老区人民过上更加幸福、美好的生活,最终实现共同富裕。

Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the General Secretary Xi Jinping has successively visited many old revolutionary base areas,visited the people of the old revolutionary base areas,and attached great importance to the promotion and development of red culture.It has been stressed many times that we must make good use of red resources,carry forward red traditions,and pass on red genes.As the dominant resources of the old revolutionary base areas,red cultural resources have an irreplaceable unique function and the value of the times in the rural revitalization of the old revolutionary base areas,and are an important force to promote the revitalization and development of the old revolutionary base areas.However,in the process of using red culture to promote the revitalization and development of the old revolutionary base areas,there are still some outstanding problems,such as the single mode of development and utilization of red cultural resources,the scarcity of professionals in rural red cultural industry,the weak participation of red culture in grass-roots governance,the lack of new ideas in the way of red culture propaganda and education,and the lack of red cultural protection and facilities construction.In the new era and new journey,if the old revolutionary base areas want to promote rural revitalization in an all-round way,they must give full play to their unique resource advantages,deeply excavate,develop and make use of red cultural resources,and explore the realization path of red culture to promote the rural revitalization of old revolutionary old base areas.We will firmly promote the revitalization of industry,talent,culture,ecology and organization in the old revolutionary base areas,and strive to find a new way to revitalize and develop in a new era.Let the people of the old base areas live a happier and better life,and finally achieve common prosperity.
